How We Ship

Each candle is hand-poured in small batches, then rests for two weeks to reach its full fragrance. Once your order is placed, we carefully pack each candle for safe arrival and ship within 3-5 business days.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail for most orders, which typically delivers within 2-3 business days after shipment. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order total and destination. We work to keep costs reasonable while ensuring your candles arrive safely.

Free shipping is available on orders over $75 within the continental United States.

Local Delivery & Pickup

Knoxville Area Delivery: Free local delivery is available within 10 miles of downtown Knoxville on orders over $75. Deliveries are typically made within 2-3 business days of your order.

Market Square Pickup: If you're local, you can arrange to pick up your order at our Market Square Farmers Market booth on Saturdays. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll coordinate timing with you via email.

What to Expect

Packaging: Your candles are wrapped in tissue and packed with care to prevent shifting during transit. We use recyclable materials whenever possible.

Timing: Please allow 5-8 business days total from order to delivery for most locations within the continental US (3-5 days processing + 2-3 days transit).

Holiday Orders: During peak seasons (November-December), please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing.

Shipping Limitations

Currently, we ship only within the United States. We're unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time—USPS Priority Mail requires a street address for delivery confirmation.

If Something Goes Wrong

We pack each order carefully, but sometimes things happen in transit. If your candles arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number using the Contact page. We'll request photos of the damaged candle. We'll make it right.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, reach out and we'll help track it down.
