We stand behind every candle we pour. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Quality Issues

If your candle arrives damaged, won't light properly, tunnels, or doesn't perform the way a well-made candle should, we'll replace it or refund your purchase in full. These things shouldn't happen, and when they do, we want to know about it.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo or video of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no charge or process a full refund to your original payment method. No need to return the candle.

Scent Preferences

Fragrance is personal. What smells like Sunday morning to one person might not resonate with another, and we understand that.

If a scent isn't what you hoped for, we'll issue store credit for the full purchase price so you can find one that is. You'll cover return shipping on the original candle, and we'll cover shipping on your replacement order.

We ask that the candle be substantially unused (burned less than two hours) and returned within 30 days of delivery. This exchange is available once per customer - after that, we'd encourage you to reach out before ordering if you're uncertain about a scent.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Click on Contact, fill out the form with your order number and a brief note about the issue. For quality issues, we'll ask for a photo or video. For scent exchanges, we'll send return instructions and process your store credit once we receive the candle.

We're a small operation, so please allow 3-5 business days to process your request.

What We Can't Accept

Candles that have been burned more than a few hours, candles returned outside the 30-day window, or items purchased from retailers other than knoxvillecandle.co.
