How long does shipping take? Orders ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery takes 3-7 days depending on location.

Do you offer local delivery in Knoxville? Free local delivery on orders over $50 within Knoxville city limits. Select "Local Delivery" at checkout.

What if my candle arrives damaged? Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement.

Returns

Return policy? Unused, unburned candles within 30 days. Customer pays return shipping. Must be in original condition.

Don't like the scent? Contact us. We'll work it out.

Burn time? 8.5 oz candles burn for 40+ hours with proper care.

What are they made from? Apricot and coconut wax blend. Premium fragrance oils. Cotton wicks. No paraffin, no phthalates.

Safe for pets? Clean-burning wax and oils. Burn in well-ventilated areas, keep away from pets and children.

Custom scents? We offer custom development for wholesale partners and events. Contact us for individual custom orders.
